Being on twitter has really allowed me to meat some interesting people. I met this talented young woman a few days ago. She is a hand-crafter and i admire anyone that isn’t just funding someone else’s dream but making their own.
Boutique de Bandeaux is a great place to find accessories for your hair and not just any hair, thick hair. How great is that? I mean it is hard enough living in a world where as young girls of color it is unaccepted to have natural hair. I am guilty of it myself only because I hadn’t seen anything that I could wear that would hold down the eruption of beauty called my hair. Yes, i am talking headbands and not just your typical style of plastic plain band, as a matter of fact they don’t use any wool that would typically tear hair or the band with the combs which are known to make you want to take it out and throw it across the room.
I am talking about headbands that make you feel and look as pretty as you deserve.
She promotes her brand not only for a bride but to the everyday girl, mom, or girlfriend or if you just want to be as pretty as a bride while heading for a brunch or grocery run.
Definitely check out her shop on Etsy: Boutique de Bandeaux
